Supports property valuation through site inspections, property data collection, measurements, photographs, document gathering, market research, and valuation report preparation. The role coordinates fieldwork logistics, maintains accurate inspection records, liaises with owners, brokers, and authorities, and ensures compliance with company standards. Extensive travel is required for property site visits.

Perform financial, sales and collection reviews and project monitoring for lenders, PE, NBFCs and banks. Reconcile bank statements, customer ledgers and sales MIS; analyze collections, costs, cash flows and debtors ageing; assess project budgets versus actuals; review RERA compliance filings; certify bills, report project risks to investment teams and manage client engagement.

Perform cost estimation and BOQ preparation for interior/retail fitout projects, conduct site visits and bill certification, validate vendor design briefs (Electrical, HVAC, FF, AV, BMS), review measurement sheets and quality/safety compliance, and manage project delivery and stakeholder coordination.
