Provide enterprise application support (Yardi, Nexus, MRI) and manage ServiceNow queue. Troubleshoot AP/AR transactions, reports, and SQL data fixes; configure system settings; perform data imports/exports; lead change management and coordinate Prod releases with Dev; create KB articles; analyze trends, prepare client metrics, liaise with vendors, and recommend system optimizations to improve accounting and operational processes.

Responsible for managing all aspects of assigned projects, ensuring client satisfaction, tracking progress against goals, and leading project teams in interior/fit-out works.

Perform financial, sales and collection reviews and project monitoring for lenders, PE, NBFCs and banks. Reconcile bank statements, customer ledgers and sales MIS; analyze collections, costs, cash flows and debtors ageing; assess project budgets versus actuals; review RERA compliance filings; certify bills, report project risks to investment teams and manage client engagement.
