Provide enterprise application support (Yardi, Nexus, MRI) and manage ServiceNow queue. Troubleshoot AP/AR transactions, reports, and SQL data fixes; configure system settings; perform data imports/exports; lead change management and coordinate Prod releases with Dev; create KB articles; analyze trends, prepare client metrics, liaise with vendors, and recommend system optimizations to improve accounting and operational processes.

Perform cost estimation and BOQ preparation for interior/retail fitout projects, conduct site visits and bill certification, validate vendor design briefs (Electrical, HVAC, FF, AV, BMS), review measurement sheets and quality/safety compliance, and manage project delivery and stakeholder coordination.

The Data Engineer will design and execute scalable data solutions, manage data quality, optimize integration pipelines, and automate workflows in Salesforce, ensuring reliable data for business insights.

Administer and own the FAMIS 360 CMMS: configure properties, manage user security and data loads, support users, monitor system requests, coordinate with IT and account teams, maintain modules and training.

Provide front-desk and telephony support, manage visitors, coordinate facility management and security access, assist with data entry, vendor bill verification, mail and travel bookings, liaise with contractors and telecom agencies, and help implement FM and EH&S procedures.

Lead C&I fitout projects through planning, design, construction, and closeout. Manage cross-functional teams, budgets, schedules, contracts, quality, safety, client communication, risk mitigation, and project documentation. Use project management tools, Microsoft Office, MSP and AutoCAD to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.

Develops and enforces health and safety plans and policies, conducts site inspections and training, investigates incidents, produces compliance documentation and reports, assesses risks, and recommends prevention and improvement measures to maintain a safe workplace.
