Own day-to-day Salesforce org configuration, security model, data quality, migrations, release management, client requirements gathering, junior admin mentorship, and documentation across multiple clouds.

Lead technical design and delivery of scalable Salesforce solutions (Apex, LWC, Visualforce, Flows). Own code quality, PR reviews, deployments and CI/CD. Mentor developers, build integrations (REST/SOAP, Platform Events, Bulk API), and ensure secure, extensible platform architecture and release governance.

Lead end-to-end onboarding of clients onto District360: run discovery and workshops, translate requirements into scalable Salesforce solutions, coordinate data migration and validation, configure the product using data modeling principles, collaborate with product and delivery teams, maintain documentation and playbooks, and act as a trusted advisor to drive product adoption and client success.
