Leads client relationships and service delivery for private equity, partnership, and fund accounting clients. Reviews U.S. GAAP financial statements, SBA compliance reports, capital activity calculations, partnership allocations, and investor communications. Manages escalations, provides technical guidance, develops managers and associates, plans team capacity, drives process improvements, and supports strategic projects. The role requires strong accounting expertise, client management, leadership, communication, project management, and advanced Excel skills.

Provide company secretarial services for a client portfolio: manage statutory compliance, prepare resolutions and minutes, maintain statutory registers, handle incorporations/registrations/windings, advise on Companies Act 2013 and FEMA matters, liaise with clients and third parties, supervise junior staff, and ensure deliverables and timelines are met.

Oversee private equity fund accounting, NAV calculations, financial reporting, transaction accounting, audits, investor reporting, and compliance with accounting standards. Lead fund accountants, manage stakeholder relationships, review controls, and drive process improvements and system implementations. The role requires strong knowledge of private equity accounting, carried interest, capital activity, complex investment structures, and fund accounting systems.
