The role requires a qualified CA with strong communication skills and a proactive, team-oriented approach.

Provide fund accounting and administration services for global hedge fund, private equity, and debt fund clients. Responsibilities include trade lifecycle processing, reconciliations, transaction accounting, investor capital activity, fee and carried-interest calculations, NAV preparation, financial statements, investor reporting, and coordination with custodians, prime brokers, and fund operations teams.

Provide company secretarial services for a client portfolio: manage statutory compliance, prepare resolutions and minutes, maintain statutory registers, handle incorporations/registrations/windings, advise on Companies Act 2013 and FEMA matters, liaise with clients and third parties, supervise junior staff, and ensure deliverables and timelines are met.
