Execute and maintain client lifecycle operations: update CRM and internal systems, send routine client communications, monitor contractor documentation, keep audit-ready files, track tasks and weekly reports, coordinate cross-functional teams, escalate risks, adhere to SOPs, and support process-improvement documentation.

Lead HubSpot Sales and Marketing operations: design CRM data model, standardize sales process and SLAs, implement automations and integrations (ads, GA4/GTM, telephony), build forecasting and dashboards, create enablement/SOPs, and operationalize phone workflows for revenue insights.

Serve as primary client contact to onboard, train, and support customers. Build relationships, monitor customer health, resolve issues with product and technical teams, drive retention and expansion, and report on NPS, churn, and satisfaction trends.
