Assist clients with personalized fashion advice, outfit selection, styling, and product recommendations. Sell merchandise, increase sales, build and pursue client leads, follow up by phone or email, answer client questions, stay current on fashion trends and brand principles, and complete store-related tasks according to standard operating procedures.

Manage end-to-end ecommerce orders from processing through dispatch, coordinate with customer care, fulfillment, logistics, and streetwear teams, maintain daily sales and operational reports, and use Shopify to update products, manage inventory, track orders, and resolve platform issues.

Manage MRN and GRN processes, verify delivery and invoice documents, enter product data into POS/ERP systems, generate article codes and barcodes, perform quality checks, maintain inventory and Excel MIS records, coordinate online order fulfillment, work with delivery partners, support stock audits, and report discrepancies or delays.

Develop the brand’s long-term social storytelling strategy, create short-form video concepts and recurring content formats, and shape the brand’s social personality. Translate ideas into shootable narratives with strong hooks, pacing, visual treatment, emotional beats, and payoffs. Collaborate with videographers, editors, creators, and production partners while editing footage into engaging, culturally relevant stories that build brand equity.
