Lead enterprise data strategy, governance, and standards while translating business needs into scalable data solutions. Drive cross-domain analytics, ensure data quality/lineage, manage delivery and risk, and mentor junior analysts. Partner with Product, PMO, and Engineering to enable self-service analytics and align data initiatives to measurable business value.

Design, build, test, and ship production AI-enabled software and reusable platform components. Integrate AI services, APIs, retrieval patterns, and business logic. Collaborate with U.S. partners, write tests, participate in code reviews and on-call rotation, debug production issues, and mentor junior engineers.

Lead design, development, and production deployment of enterprise-scale ML and GenAI solutions (LLMs, RAG, recommendation systems). Architect scalable inference and training pipelines, mentor MLEs, collaborate with stakeholders, ensure security/compliance, and measure and optimize model performance and business impact.
