Lead organizational design, workforce planning, change management, and capability building. Coach leaders, identify risks and gaps, drive cross-functional alignment, and use people analytics to inform decisions while supporting talent, succession, compensation, and engagement programs.

Lead process optimization, automation (including GenAI), and technical projects for partner account management. Implement scalable workflows, SOPs, and dashboards, measure performance, and drive cross-functional change to improve partner content launch and account operations.

Manage end-to-end international payroll across EMEA and APAC, coordinate with external vendors, collect and audit payroll inputs, validate vendor reports, reconcile payroll with HRIS and GL, collaborate with People Operations/Equity/Accounting/Legal, handle employee inquiries, support year-end reporting, tax issues, audits, and ad hoc payroll projects.
