The role focuses on increasing sales revenue for the Heat Pump product line by developing and executing regional sales strategies, supporting the sales team, and identifying new business opportunities.

Lead Total Rewards for India, Middle East and Africa; design and implement compensation and benefits programs, support transformation, benchmark markets, ensure compliance, partner with HRBPs and vendors, communicate changes, and use data analytics to drive decisions. Based in Pune with ~20% travel.

Manage customer relationships and territory pipeline using consultative selling to identify needs, propose technical HVACR solutions, forecast and close opportunities, and maintain CRM-based activity and forecasts.

Manage channel sales to achieve budgeted revenue from dealers, wholesalers and SSI OEMs. Drive new business, expand channel partners, support product qualification and marketing, prepare sales plans and forecasts, monitor market trends, use Salesforce for activity tracking, ensure timely payments and collaborate with engineering, factory and quality to maintain supply and product validation.
