Design, build, and operate high-performance, scalable backend services for the Connect Cloud Platform. Develop orchestration, auto-scaling, and lifecycle management for multi-tenant Kafka Connect workloads. Ensure resource isolation, security, and performance; troubleshoot complex microservices/Kubernetes/container/virtualization stacks; drive operational readiness and SLA attainment; propose architectural and process improvements and mentor engineers.
