Manages managers and multidisciplinary teams, drives automation and AI adoption, oversees remediation and operating model changes, and partners with risk, quality, technology, change, and compliance stakeholders across Australia and India.

Lead the design, development, maintenance, and delivery of mobile applications and .NET solutions. Provide technical leadership, mentorship, code reviews, architectural guidance, troubleshooting, and process improvement. Collaborate with product managers, UX/UI designers, and cross-functional stakeholders to define requirements and deliver high-quality software. Contribute to technology roadmaps, standards, governance, and innovation while maintaining strong software engineering practices.

Supports technology risk and control management across the Retail Technology portfolio. Responsibilities include control assessments, issue and action lifecycle management, data governance, risk reporting, control design and uplift, trend analysis, and automation. The role partners with technology, cyber, business, audit, and senior stakeholders to improve risk practices, data integrity, and control effectiveness.
