Drive sales growth for Cochlear’s acoustics division across western India by building relationships with ENT surgeons, audiologists, therapists, patients, and clinics. Provide product, technical, clinical, and surgical support; train healthcare professionals and operating-room staff; develop advocacy networks; identify market opportunities; manage accounts and CRM data; execute business plans; ensure compliance; and achieve territory revenue targets. The role requires frequent travel and up to 60% time in the assigned territory.

Support sales through reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and analysis for South Asia. Prepare sales reports, build territory budgets, analyze CRM data, coordinate with sales, calculate commissions, and lead insight-driven projects to improve sales performance and systems.
