Manages institutional equity clients, supports large accounts, develops customized investment ideas using research, coordinates with internal teams, and assists the Head of Sales with initiatives. The role focuses on relationship management, client servicing, broker reviews, and achieving top-tier client ratings. It is an early-career position with opportunities for increasing seniority.

Manages institutional broking operations for cash equities and derivatives, including trade support, booking, enrichment, reporting, reconciliations, settlements, accounting, collateral and margin movements. Oversees regulatory compliance, operational risk controls, audit support, client onboarding, static data, exposure limits, and operating procedures. Coordinates with trading desks, clients, compliance, clearing corporations, and IT teams on system changes, UAT, production support, and regional operations.

Prepare financial statements, support month-end close and regulatory reporting, process vendor payments, manage treasury activities, analyze expenses, support audits, ensure tax compliance, and maintain internal controls. The role requires accounting or finance qualifications, 5–7 years of experience, strong Excel skills, local tax knowledge, communication, problem-solving, and attention to detail. SAP experience is advantageous.
