Own finance operations supporting customer account provisioning, billing, usage tracking, overage calculations, revenue accuracy, reconciliations, and monthly reporting. The role interprets contracts and order forms, maintains dashboard configurations, resolves Salesforce cases, tests billing features, and partners with Finance, Sales, Product, Engineering, and customers to resolve issues and strengthen scalable operational controls.

Own adoption, value realization, retention, and expansion for enterprise and key accounts using CleverTap. Develop success plans, analyze product usage and business metrics, lead QBRs and EBRs, identify account risks, and deliver actionable growth recommendations. Build executive relationships while partnering with Sales, TAMs, Onboarding, Support, and channel teams. Maintain account documentation and Salesforce records, with success measured through retention, adoption, customer health, and expansion outcomes.

Leads and scales the SDR function across India, SEA, and META. Responsibilities include managing and coaching SDRs, developing outbound and qualification strategies, optimizing processes and playbooks, tracking funnel and pipeline metrics, partnering with Sales, Marketing, and RevOps, using CRM and AI tools, supporting hiring, and improving productivity and conversion rates.
