Recruit and attract talent across global Engineering, Technology, Sales, and non-technical teams. Partner with hiring managers to define candidate profiles, improve interview processes, advise on talent markets, build future candidate pipelines, and implement modern sourcing methods. The role also supports cross-functional hiring initiatives and employer branding while using recruiting analytics and dashboards to improve outcomes.

Owns customer email deliverability, including onboarding, domain and IP warm-up, authentication, inbox placement, troubleshooting, and sender reputation. Supports pre-sales, customer success, retention, account growth, technical support, dashboards, QBRs, webinars, and thought leadership. The role also enables advanced email features, coordinates partners, and uses AI and automation to improve scalable onboarding, reporting, and customer engagement.

Leads and scales the SDR function across India, SEA, and META. Responsibilities include managing and coaching SDRs, developing outbound and qualification strategies, optimizing processes and playbooks, tracking funnel and pipeline metrics, partnering with Sales, Marketing, and RevOps, using CRM and AI tools, supporting hiring, and improving productivity and conversion rates.
