Leads product marketing for CleverTap’s products and solutions, including positioning, messaging, go-to-market strategy, sales enablement, vertical strategy, demand generation, competitive intelligence, and strategic deal support. Partners with Product, Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and senior leadership to improve pipeline, win rates, deal velocity, adoption, and revenue outcomes. Uses AI and analytics to inform market research, content development, segmentation, and marketing execution.

Provide L1/L2 IT support for hardware, software, accounts, networking, applications, and workplace technology. Troubleshoot Windows and macOS devices, peripherals, VPN, Wi-Fi, DNS, and connectivity issues. Manage onboarding, offboarding, access, authentication, device provisioning, IT assets, incidents, and service requests. Administer business and collaboration tools, document resolutions, collaborate with vendors and internal teams, and improve employee support while meeting SLAs and security standards.

Build durable, distributed workflow automations in Java using Temporal. Integrate internal services, SaaS APIs, databases, and queues; implement retries, idempotency, timeouts, signals, compensation, versioning, observability, and human approvals. Add LLM-backed workflow steps with cost controls, communicate with nontechnical stakeholders, document processes, write tests, and safely manage long-running workflows through deployments and failures.
