Provides technical leadership for enterprise cloud architecture, strategy, governance, migration, modernization, operations, and security across AWS, Azure, and other environments. Designs scalable and resilient solutions, establishes architecture standards and operational models, drives infrastructure as code and DevOps automation, and guides disaster recovery, compliance, cost optimization, and continuous improvement. Collaborates with stakeholders, engineers, vendors, and security teams while mentoring others and translating business needs into technical roadmaps.

Supports software quality assurance and validation for regulated eCOA healthcare technology products. Responsibilities include reviewing requirements and test plans, executing manual and automated tests, documenting evidence, investigating defects and test failures, maintaining validation documentation, and collaborating with engineering, database, and systems teams in an Agile environment. The role also supports compliance, process improvement, and software development lifecycle activities.
