Lead Cisco’s Intelligent Workplace Experiences partner ecosystem across India. Recruit and onboard architecture, facilities, real estate design-in, and reseller partners; develop joint business plans, enablement programs, co-selling strategies, and marketing campaigns. Identify customer opportunities, accelerate pipeline and bookings across networking, collaboration, IoT, and Cisco Spaces, and track partner performance. Collaborate with Cisco leadership, product marketing, sales, and business units to remove blockers and represent partner needs.

Advises telecommunications and service provider executives on data platform, observability, AI, security, and network transformation strategies. Designs architectures spanning telemetry, network and enterprise data, analytics, APIs, and automation; develops prototypes and demonstrates Splunk capabilities. Leads strategic workshops, executive briefings, architecture sessions, and thought leadership while collaborating with sales, engineering, product, partners, and customer success teams.

Partners with enterprise customers to understand requirements, design AI solution architectures, and guide production deployments. Builds integrations, prototypes, reusable tools, and technical assets while troubleshooting complex issues. Leads technical workshops, collaborates with Product and Engineering teams, and shares customer feedback to improve the platform. The role combines software engineering, customer engagement, AI deployment, and scalable solution development.
