Partner with research, product, Trust & Safety, and legal teams to define rigorous metrics and translate evaluation results into training and deployment decisions. Mentor engineers and establish evaluation best practices.

Lead Busuu's Decision Intelligence hub as a player‑coach: own weekly/monthly performance reporting, metrics architecture, experimentation standards, and develop analytics leaders while contributing hands‑on to strategic analytics and forecasting.

The Full Stack Developer will design and develop SaaS applications focusing on scheduling, build front-end interfaces, back-end APIs, manage deployments, and collaborate with teams for feature definition.
