The Vice President will lead a commercial team to drive growth and profitability in the healthcare market, develop strategic plans, oversee operations, and manage a large organization.

Manage and grow assigned Mumbai territory by meeting sales and unit goals, provide technical support and product demonstrations, run seminars, develop business plans and market analysis, maintain customer data in MSCRM, and identify new and key accounts across pharma, biopharma and applied markets. High travel required within territory.

Perform secondary market and desk research to identify and validate pharmaceutical and academic decision-makers. Clean, dedupe, and maintain customer account data in Excel/SharePoint, deliver weekly lead lists to marketing, and analyze customer data to identify trends supporting targeted campaigns.
