Hands-on digital marketer responsible for managing websites, social media, email, SEO, paid campaigns, content creation, basic design (Canva/Figma), analytics reporting, community management, and using AI tools to optimize campaigns and productivity while ensuring brand consistency.

Lead visual design across digital, print, and event channels. Maintain brand identity, create marketing collateral, web and presentation assets, direct creative themes, produce short videos/motion graphics, coordinate with vendors, and manage multiple design requests using Adobe Suite, Figma, and AI-assisted tools.

Lead and operate the Cedar-IBSi FinTech Lab end-to-end: source and onboard seed–pre-Series A fintechs, design and run cohort and GTM programs, coordinate with Cedar Hill Capital for deal flow, build corporate partnerships and sponsorship revenue, manage lab operations, P&L, team, and represent the Lab across India, UAE and APAC.
