Monitors productivity, quality, service levels, compliance, and operational goals while coaching team members and resolving issues. Uses reporting and data analysis to identify trends and improve processes. Ensures accurate, timely revenue cycle work, reinforces best practices, and collaborates with stakeholders to improve customer outcomes and revenue capture.

Lead OptiFreight billing services including allocation of freight charges, invoice accuracy checks, and invoice problem resolution. Supervise and develop analysts, drive process improvements and automation, maintain visibility of value streams, collaborate cross-functionally, and support vendor and customer contract administration.
