Lead and develop a team of quality analysts to monitor and evaluate customer interactions using interaction analytics (speech, text, AQM). Build QA frameworks, deliver reports and insights, partner cross-functionally to drive performance improvements, coaching, and continuous improvement in a call center environment.

Perform information security and risk activities including implementing and enforcing security controls, incident response, threat management, vulnerability scanning, malware management, intrusion detection, risk assessments, and backup/disaster recovery planning. Work on moderate-scope projects with general guidance and apply judgment within defined parameters.

Supervise and coordinate daily operations of end-user support staff, enforce policies and procedures, ensure team compliance with guidelines, make operational decisions affecting the unit and customers, and interact with subordinates, customers, and peers to exchange information and resolve basic issues.
