Work with Operations teams to identify manual, repetitive processes and build scalable automations using Alteryx and UiPath. Design, develop, test, and deploy workflows, integrate with Excel/Power BI/SharePoint, produce documentation and runbooks, and support handover to business-as-usual teams to improve efficiency, controls, and reduce operational risk.

Designs and maintains scalable UI and API automation frameworks using Playwright and TypeScript. Tests AI-powered applications, LLMs, agentic workflows, prompts, and autonomous agent behavior. Develops evaluation frameworks for response quality, accuracy, safety, reliability, and performance. Automates functional, regression, integration, smoke, and end-to-end testing, integrates suites into CI/CD pipelines, tracks defects, prepares quality metrics, and mentors junior QA engineers.
