Lead program/project management for banking clients: define project plans and benefits, manage budgets and dependencies across multiple workstreams, engage senior stakeholders, design program governance, drive change and implementation, prioritize portfolio, and deliver executive-level communications and storytelling.

Senior Business Analyst for capital markets/IB projects responsible for requirements gathering, stakeholder management, trade lifecycle analysis, documentation, testing coordination, and process change using Agile/Waterfall methodologies. Must have deep domain knowledge of trading/investment banking, regulatory reporting, collateral or derivatives operations, strong communication, and data-analysis skills.

Work with Operations teams to identify manual, repetitive processes and build scalable automations using Alteryx and UiPath. Design, develop, test, and deploy workflows, integrate with Excel/Power BI/SharePoint, produce documentation and runbooks, and support handover to business-as-usual teams to improve efficiency, controls, and reduce operational risk.
