Responsibilities include Java/J2EE development with Spring, Hibernate, Oracle, Jenkins, and Maven; writing comprehensive JUnit tests; conducting impact analysis, code reviews, documentation, estimations, and status reporting; maintaining quality standards; and supporting or mentoring junior developers and testers.

Develop end-to-end Java full-stack solutions for a virtual account management banking platform. Lead technical delivery within a distributed Agile Scrum team, contribute throughout the development lifecycle, guide teammates, collaborate with stakeholders, and support innovative technology adoption. Responsibilities include microservices and API development using Java, Hibernate, PostgreSQL, Git, Maven, and Angular, with preferred knowledge of SWIFT MT, ISO 20022, Kubernetes, and TDD.

Support senior management with project planning, benefits tracking, stakeholder meetings, achievement reporting, and dependency management across multiple workstreams. Work independently, develop recommendations, and deliver executive storytelling. Responsibilities span change management, budget planning, implementation management, portfolio prioritization, program governance, and communications management within banking and financial services.
