The role manages activation calendars, retail visibility, experience centres, agencies, vendors, budgets, dashboards, and ROI measurement. It partners cross-functionally with Sales, Brand, Product, Finance, Procurement, and regional teams to improve visibility, leads, conversion, sales uplift, and premiumization. Extensive travel and strong project, commercial, stakeholder-management, communication, negotiation, Excel, PowerPoint, and reporting skills are required.

Drive territory sales and business growth in Navi Mumbai by launching products, expanding market share, developing new markets, and managing relationships with contractors, builders, architects, consultants, designers, and government agencies. Execute sales strategies, analyze competition and pricing, manage discounts and budgets, meet customer SLAs and DSO targets, oversee stockists, and ensure documentation compliance.

Leads Legrand India’s enterprise data and analytics strategy, architecture, governance, and business intelligence initiatives. Builds data lakes, warehouses, ETL pipelines, and ERP/CRM integrations using Fabric and Azure. Develops analytics for forecasting, pricing, market intelligence, productivity, customer segmentation, channel performance, and revenue growth. Partners with business and global teams to translate needs into actionable insights, train users, embed analytics into workflows, and support digital transformation.
