Develop and support Informatica ETL workflows, SQL queries, stored procedures, data models, and data-processing solutions. Translate business requirements into technical designs, optimize ETL and database performance, troubleshoot production issues, and support data warehouses, reporting, analytics, and operational systems. Collaborate with development, QA, client support, and business teams throughout the SDLC while documenting solutions, participating in testing, and mentoring junior associates.

Serve as the primary technical advisor for institutional brokerage clients using Broadridge trading platforms. Drive onboarding, adoption, optimization, upgrades, and value realization; resolve technical barriers; conduct account reviews; deliver training; monitor account health; and coordinate with Product, Engineering, Delivery, and Support teams. Requires knowledge of Indian financial markets, trading workflows, OMS/EMS platforms, and client-facing technical relationship management.
