Oversee in-house software development projects from requirements gathering through design, testing, user acceptance, and rollout. Prepare technical specifications, business requirements, training materials, dashboards, data frameworks, API documentation, wireframes, and database schemas. Coordinate developers, designers, QA teams, and technology partners; manage bugs, legacy data uploads, project timelines, contracts, and proposals while ensuring effective delivery and reporting.

Create visual communications for print and digital platforms, including photo essays, presentations, posters, email communications, and other creative materials. Responsibilities include conceptualizing visuals, designing layouts by hand or with software, testing graphics across media, supporting brand identity, developing creative ideas, managing multiple tasks, and delivering projects on deadline.

Facilitates STEM education programs in schools by designing and delivering structured, technology-supported sessions. Builds relationships with school administrators, guides students through STEM topics, incorporates inquiry- and project-based learning, and uses real-world applications to connect STEM with careers. Collects and analyzes program data, maintains student and school records, prepares reports, and supports monitoring and evaluation. Requires strong communication in English, Hindi, and Marathi, organizational skills, and knowledge of STEM pedagogy and concepts.
