Conducts independent laboratory and pilot plant trials, evaluates product functionality, solves customer problems, and manages application projects. Partners with sales, marketing, suppliers, customers, and regional technical teams to create prototypes, identify opportunities, present innovations, and train stakeholders on food technology and product portfolios.

Manages import documentation and customs clearance, handles freight negotiations, oversees compliance, ensures timely imports, and documents transactions. Requires interaction with multiple stakeholders.
