Develops and validates ingredient and blend solutions for savoury, seasoning, snack, and dairy applications in India. Conducts independent laboratory and pilot plant trials, evaluates product functionality, solves customer problems, and manages application projects. Partners with sales, marketing, suppliers, customers, and regional technical teams to create prototypes, identify opportunities, present innovations, and train stakeholders on food technology and product portfolios.

Manages import documentation and customs clearance, handles freight negotiations, oversees compliance, ensures timely imports, and documents transactions. Requires interaction with multiple stakeholders.

The Key Accounts Manager is responsible for developing strategies, managing key accounts, and expanding customer relationships in the manufacturing and chemical distribution sectors.

Lead a 2-3 person sales team to grow a portfolio of specialty chemicals and solvents for the agrochemical sector, achieve EUR 2M revenue and P&L targets, build 3-5 year strategy, develop new business, manage suppliers and stakeholders, conduct customer outreach, ensure compliance, and represent the company at exhibitions and road shows.
