The Customer Success Associate will provide customer service, evaluate loan applications for fraud, manage payments, and escalate customer feedback.

Supports contract review, drafting, negotiation, and lifecycle management, including agreements, fundraising documents, vendor contracts, renewals, and obligations. Assists with compliance quality assurance, NBFC and RBI regulatory adherence, legal research, and advising internal business, finance, and procurement teams. Requires an LL.B., at least two years of legal experience, strong drafting and research skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks.

Manage accounts payable and procure-to-pay activities, including invoice processing, vendor reconciliations, payments, and exception resolution. Support month-end close, accruals, financial reporting, audits, tax compliance, and regulatory reporting under Ind-AS/IGAAP. Maintain internal controls, working papers, and reconciliations; improve accounting workflows through automation and standardization. Review associate work, support training, and collaborate with finance, procurement, treasury, tax, business teams, vendors, and auditors.

Leads Branch’s non-credit data reporting and analytics function in India. Builds reliable metrics, dashboards, data models, quality frameworks, automated reporting, and self-service analytics. Partners with senior leaders on funnel, cohort, growth, profitability, experimentation, and operational insights. Identifies AI and automation opportunities, establishes data governance, and builds a high-performing analytics team that drives measurable business outcomes.
