Manage end-to-end customer renewals by triaging requests, preparing quotes, validating contracts and pricing, resolving customer and partner questions, and ensuring accurate, timely closure. Maintain renewal data, reports, forecasts, and outcomes across Salesforce and Excel-based systems. Collaborate with Customer Success, Sales, Finance, Billing, and Sales Operations while supporting process improvements, system migration, and data governance.

Manage customer renewals from inbound request through closure, including triage, quoting, contract and pricing validation, customer communication, purchase-order coordination, reporting, and forecasting. The role maintains renewal data in Salesforce and Excel, supports recurring-revenue retention, collaborates with Customer Success, Sales, Finance, Billing, and Operations, and contributes to process improvements, system migrations, and data governance.
