Ensure accurate setup of customer contracts in systems, execute and reconcile customer invoicing (batch and subscription), reconcile billing to revenue and disparate systems, generate billing data, raise client and third‑party invoices and credit notes, maintain purchase orders and client contact details, manage invoice exceptions mailbox, trigger contract commencement in CRM/ERP, and coordinate hardware replacement requests.

Coordinate end-to-end customer renewals: triage requests, prepare and validate renewal quotes, confirm contract terms and pricing, collaborate with Sales/Customer Success/Finance, maintain SFDC and reporting data, and support forecasting and process improvements to maximize recurring revenue retention.

Review and approve sales orders per policy, reconcile month-end files, support pre-sales contract structuring and ASC 606 revenue recognition, advise commercial teams, assist product releases and process improvements, and train stakeholders on deal review and revenue accounting.
