Serve as first contact for Loomi Platform L1 support: own end-to-end tickets, diagnose technical issues, maintain ticket hygiene and SLAs, create KB articles, participate in 24x7 on-call rotation, and escalate or hand over with clear context while communicating empathetically to customers.

The Backend Software Engineer will enhance Bloomreach's search infrastructure, develop performance metrics, and utilize machine learning for anomalies detection and relevance improvements.

Design, develop, and implement ML models for search and recommendation systems. Collaborate with data engineers and scientists to integrate, enhance and scale ML solutions for personalization in various sectors.
