Build and maintain customer-facing dashboard features across frontend and backend using React.js, Spring Boot, and Python. Develop REST APIs, data pipelines, and responsive UIs; participate in design, code reviews, testing, and production support to improve reliability and performance. Collaborate with Product and Design to deliver features and continuously improve developer productivity and application quality.

Drive the Search product roadmap at Bloomreach, focusing on AI, personalization, and data-driven decisions while ensuring customer engagement and market readiness.

Manage end-to-end order-to-cash activities: timely booking and billing, validate contracts per Bookings Policy, reconcile Salesforce opportunities to ERP sales orders, support AR and revenue accounting, handle credits and tax/compliance checks, provide reporting, and partner with cross-functional teams to improve processes and meet month-end close deadlines.
