Monitor and analyze security, system, application, and cloud logs for anomalies and incidents; use SIEM/SOAR/EDR and CSPM tools; coordinate incident response with cross-functional teams; maintain SOPs, playbooks, vulnerability assessments, and documentation; own shift responsibilities in a 24/7 SOC rotation.

Lead the architecture and evolution of Bloomreach's Search platform, mentoring engineers, shaping technical strategy, and ensuring system performance and scalability.

Build and maintain customer-facing dashboard features across frontend and backend using React.js, Spring Boot, and Python. Develop REST APIs, data pipelines, and responsive UIs; participate in design, code reviews, testing, and production support to improve reliability and performance. Collaborate with Product and Design to deliver features and continuously improve developer productivity and application quality.
