Serve as primary merchant contact, handle digital queries via email and live chat, investigate and resolve payment issues, collaborate with Sales and Underwriting, and share customer feedback to improve product and processes.

Provide back-office operational and administrative support for Customer Operations: process payment adjustments accurately, coordinate with Sales and Treasury, analyze data in Excel, identify automation opportunities, and maintain smooth workflows while working late-shift independently.
