Install, configure, and troubleshoot Cisco collaboration and unified communications systems, including call managers, voice gateways, contact centers, Webex, SIP border solutions, LAN switches, and networking components. Establish QoS policies, implement security and privacy controls for voice systems, resolve integrated technology issues, and maintain accurate issue tracking.

Lead global sales enablement and technical training for TPS teams. Responsibilities include Salesforce adoption, product and technical education, consultative selling training, SharePoint knowledge repositories, bid and tender databases, certification programs, learning paths, digital training content, and performance analytics. The role collaborates with sales, product, engineering, operations, marketing, and other teams to standardize capabilities and improve sales effectiveness across global regions.

Maintains customer credit data in YayPay, supports credit and collections inquiries, processes refunds for credit balances, prepares escheatment forms, runs Dun & Bradstreet reports, and ensures compliance with company policies and applicable regulations.
