Manage Windows endpoints through Intune, Autopilot, and ManageEngine Desktop Central, including imaging, software deployment, patching, updates, compliance, and security policies. Troubleshoot hardware, software, networking, VPN, wireless, and video conferencing issues. Support Microsoft 365, Active Directory, Entra ID, virtual desktops, and user access. Monitor and escalate network incidents, document procedures, train users, and manage ServiceNow tickets while collaborating with security, infrastructure, and service desk teams.

Manage procurement strategy, supplier negotiations, purchase orders, order lifecycle, inventory control, invoicing, and vendor performance. Use SAP for procurement, inventory tracking, reporting, and forecasting. Coordinate with logistics, project management, engineering, sales, OEMs, channel partners, and distributors to meet delivery, budget, and project requirements. Resolve vendor and order issues, support bids and presales, maintain accurate records, and implement process improvements.

Design and lead multi-site technology rollout solutions, including network refreshes, infrastructure upgrades, structured cabling, Smart Hands support, Wi-Fi surveys, and wireless access point replacements. Support sales through RFP responses, proposals, pricing, presentations, negotiations, and value propositions. Collaborate with clients, sales teams, technical SMEs, partners, and global stakeholders to develop scalable deployment strategies, support models, resource plans, and implementation approaches for enterprise networking and managed services.

Lead and support S/4HANA EWM implementations, configure warehouse processes and RF screens, manage integrations, data migration, testing, training, and cutover. Provide cross-functional MM, WM, QM, and SD expertise, including procure-to-pay processes. Support post-go-live enhancements, production issues, and SLA adherence while collaborating effectively across teams.

Owns, designs, implements, maintains, and supports enterprise LAN/WAN, internet access, network security, remote access, network services, and telecommunications infrastructure. Provides third-tier troubleshooting, collaborates with vendors and service providers, evaluates upgrades and configuration changes, supports external communications networks, and reviews projects for security concerns. Works independently with minimal supervision while managing multiple projects and complex network issues.

Provides on-site technical support, installation, configuration, maintenance, troubleshooting, demonstrations, and proof-of-concept deployments for KVM and AV systems. Requires customer communication, independent project management, travel to customer sites, and a valid driver’s license.
