Lead end-to-end QA for backend platforms: investigate and reproduce issues, design and run exploratory/manual tests, build and maintain Python/Bash test automation, evaluate coverage gaps, and produce test plans, cases, reports, and summaries to ensure scalability, stability, and performance.

Lead integration testing for high-performance backend systems: design test scenarios, develop and maintain Python-based automated scripts, integrate tests into CI, execute and analyze results, investigate root causes, and improve automation framework scalability and coverage.

Own end-to-end community lifecycle in India: plan and run online and offline initiatives (AMAs, webinars, meetups, hackathons), recruit and engage ambassadors, manage Telegram/Discord/WhatsApp channels, track community metrics and feedback, collaborate with Product and Marketing, and lead on-ground event execution.
