The role ensures compliance with ship management agreements, wage scales, agent tariffs, accounting legislation, and maritime financial standards while supporting management decision-making and maintaining accurate ship-to-shore financial data.

Oversees corporate accounting for all legal entities, including financial statements, reconciliations, cash flow forecasting, payments, invoicing, tax filings, budgeting, audits, and compliance with accounting legislation. Produces analytical reports for management, improves accounting policies and procedures, and leads, coaches, and develops the accounting team. The role also manages banking relationships and supports internal and external audits.

Develop and execute integrated marketing, communications, digital, employer-branding, recruitment, and training-program campaigns. Manage brand positioning, lead generation, media relations, events, agencies, vendors, budgets, and stakeholder communications. Oversee SEO, social media, paid advertising, email, content, websites, and analytics while using performance insights to improve engagement, recruitment, enrolment, and marketing ROI.
