Manages procurement and supply chain operations supporting ship and shore activities. The role requires a sea-going mariner background and coordinates with buying, fleet, logistics, administration, suppliers, vessels, and warehouses.

Supports the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, candidate pipeline development, applicant tracking, recruitment reporting, onboarding coordination, and candidate experience. Partners with hiring managers and HR teams to understand workforce needs, manage multiple vacancies, maintain accurate hiring records, and support related administrative processes such as training and performance management.

Conduct financial analysis, forecasting, management reporting, business-case evaluation, and investment modeling. Lead strategic projects across regions by coordinating stakeholders, establishing milestones, monitoring risks, and supporting implementation. Develop performance insights and KPIs, improve management information, and provide recommendations for business decisions. Support governance, regulatory compliance, internal controls, corporate structures, and confidentiality requirements while collaborating with internal and external stakeholders.

Supports vessel accounting operations by processing invoices, expenses, payments, crew-related costs, client billing, reconciliations, ledger maintenance, financial reporting, audit documentation, and compliance checks. The trainee maintains accurate financial records, assists with budget monitoring and discrepancy resolution, and contributes to process improvements while developing expertise in maritime finance and vessel accounting.

Oversees corporate accounting for all legal entities, including financial statements, reconciliations, cash flow forecasting, payments, invoicing, tax filings, budgeting, audits, and compliance with accounting legislation. Produces analytical reports for management, improves accounting policies and procedures, and leads, coaches, and develops the accounting team. The role also manages banking relationships and supports internal and external audits.

Creates digital and print visual materials, infographics, brochures, banners, and event collateral aligned with brand standards. Produces and edits video and multimedia content, adapts materials for different platforms and audiences, and supports content scheduling, channel management, and updates. The role also contributes to broader marketing and communications initiatives.
