Coordinates and monitors child protection program implementation across the state, including tracking targets, compiling MIS reports, documenting achievements, and following up on complaints, release certificates, rescue, and rehabilitation cases. Liaises with Child Welfare Committees, district protection units, police, labor departments, government stakeholders, field teams, and the central office. Supports reporting, meeting documentation, escalation of implementation gaps, and timely resolution of pending matters, requiring regular travel to program districts.

Lead state-level coordination and government liaison for child protection programmes. Support and guide District Programme Officers and Child Right Associates, manage MOUs, build government and NGO partnerships, ensure compliance with child protection laws, oversee rescue and rehabilitation activities, and report on programme KPIs.
