Drive sales and revenue growth for fine chemicals and intermediates by developing new business, expanding customer relationships, and achieving commercial targets. Lead solution-based selling, value-based pricing, customer-specific innovation projects, market positioning, and risk management. Coordinate with technical, marketing, R&D, legal, and business creation teams while strengthening the company’s customer-centric and sustainable brand proposition.

Translates global sustainability strategy into APAC regional objectives, roadmaps, KPIs, and execution. Coordinates cross-functional sustainability teams and projects, oversees ESG data collection and reporting, supports audit and assurance readiness, and engages regional leadership to embed sustainability into business decisions. The role also provides training, stakeholder communication, and sustainability expertise across climate, procurement, product stewardship, and related topics.

Performs quality audits of ITSM incidents, requests, and changes; verifies ITIL, SLA, OLA, SOP, and contractual compliance; tracks deviations and corrective actions; conducts root cause analysis; monitors service-quality metrics; coordinates with process owners and end users; drives continual service improvement, process optimization, automation readiness, documentation, and quality training for support teams.
