Develop and maintain 3D BIM models for HVAC systems, coordinate designs with multidisciplinary teams, perform clash detection, and prepare shop, construction, as-built, and layout drawings. Interpret MEP documentation, apply building codes and standards, support project reporting, and coordinate deliverables with international stakeholders. The role requires strong HVAC and building-services knowledge, BIM proficiency, and effective collaboration to meet project deadlines.

Lead electrical design for international data centre and mission-critical projects, including MV/LV distribution, generators, UPS, STS/ATS, busducts, earthing, protection studies, and SLDs. Apply redundancy and Tier strategies, coordinate multidisciplinary teams and vendors, engage international clients, review technical submissions, mentor engineers, and develop internal data centre design standards.

Design and implement enterprise Generative AI and Agentic AI solutions, including copilots, intelligent assistants, document intelligence, RAG systems, and autonomous agents. Establish architecture standards, governance, security, and responsible AI practices. Integrate AI with enterprise applications and APIs, evaluate emerging technologies, mentor technical teams, conduct design reviews, and collaborate with stakeholders to translate business needs into scalable, production-ready solutions.
