Oversee performance management procedures aligned with company objectives while planning and conducting internal audits. Perform manual and automated functional, integration, regression, API, compatibility, and performance testing for Flutter mobile applications and React web portals. Build Selenium and Appium automation frameworks, validate offline synchronization, media uploads, role-based access, AI categorization, APIs, and databases, and manage defects through JIRA. Collaborate with product and development teams to troubleshoot issues and ensure quality across Android, iOS, and web platforms.

Manage HR operations across the employee lifecycle, including onboarding, attendance, payroll, administration, and statutory compliance. Lead end-to-end recruitment and manpower planning with hiring managers. Drive performance management through daily audits, productivity evaluation, and feedback records. The role requires strong employee relations, problem-solving, attention to detail, and hands-on execution in a structured office environment.
