Manage AVEVA channel partners across India to drive enterprise software revenue and subscription growth. Own partner relationships, sales targets, annual business plans, QBRs, performance analysis, compliance, and partner development. Support customer opportunities, coordinate internal resources, ensure partner training and certifications, and expand coverage for industrial software solutions including monitoring, control, and asset performance applications.

Design, build, and maintain scalable Microsoft Fabric data pipelines using Data Factory, Dataflows, Notebooks, and OneLake. Lead Azure Synapse-to-Fabric migration, implement Medallion Architecture, integrate APIs and other data sources, optimize SQL transformations, validate data quality, and support Power BI reporting. Collaborate with stakeholders, monitor pipeline performance, document solutions, and provide light DevOps support through CI/CD, version control, environment management, and release coordination.

Manage assigned India territory or named accounts, acquire new business, expand existing accounts, meet sales targets, and maintain accurate pipelines and forecasts. Develop account strategies, identify competitive opportunities, collaborate cross-functionally on demand generation, and build long-term relationships with C-level decision-makers. The role also requires regular reporting, continuous sales development, and positioning AVEVA industrial software solutions to address customer needs.
