Establishes engineering practices for quality, reliability, security, testing, observability, and operational excellence. Partners with Product, Engineering, Security, Operations, and global stakeholders on architecture, modernization, automation, and AI-assisted development. Responsible for recruiting, mentoring, retaining talent, and improving organizational effectiveness, engineering productivity, and delivery predictability.

Provides international customer support through inbound and outbound calls, email, chat, and ticketing systems. Troubleshoots issues, documents interactions, submits post-call requests, and supports password resets and account unlocks. Maintains data integrity, follows security and process guidelines, meets productivity and quality targets, and delivers professional service to healthcare technology customers.
