Maintain accurate claim records, follow prescribed business rules and workflows, and provide overflow support during high-volume periods.

Handle moderately complex subrogation claims: investigate facts, evaluate coverage and damages, negotiate settlements, document files in claims systems, coordinate referrals, and pursue recoveries. Role is temporary six-month with possible conversion.
