Manages end-to-end plant outbound logistics, including receiving, put-away, picking, inventory and scrap management, vehicle scheduling, multi-bay loading, invoicing, statutory documentation, shipment tracking, delivery confirmation, and warehouse safety. Coordinates with production, sales, accounts, security, transporters, and warehouse teams to ensure accurate, timely, compliant dispatches and inventory records.

Manage and optimize automated production lines, ensuring reliable operation of mechanical, electrical, instrumentation, and automation systems. Troubleshoot breakdowns, operate PLC, DCS, SCADA, HMI, and VFD systems, conduct RCA and CAPA, and improve OEE, productivity, throughput, and machine utilization. Support commissioning and automation projects while driving line balancing, bottleneck elimination, energy savings, cost optimization, and compliance initiatives.

Manage end-to-end inbound material flow at an e-waste recycling warehouse, including unloading, document verification, segregation, GRN creation, barcoding, palletization, ERP entry, put-away, and transfers to production. Ensure inventory accuracy, regulatory compliance, traceability, safety, housekeeping, and timely material availability. Coordinate with transporters, vendors, security, QA, production, and warehouse teams while supporting audits and stock reconciliation.

Manage and support plant IT infrastructure, including Windows and Linux servers, Active Directory, networking, virtualization, backups, monitoring, security, and disaster recovery. Provide L2/L3 user support, maintain system availability, troubleshoot connectivity and performance issues, coordinate with vendors and ISPs, support onboarding and offboarding, and ensure documentation, compliance, audit readiness, and minimal operational downtime.

Lead regional business development for the Metal Mandi vertical by driving sales and revenue growth, developing go-to-market strategies, acquiring clients and partners, managing regional teams, building stakeholder relationships, analyzing market trends, coordinating customer onboarding and service delivery, monitoring KPIs, and ensuring compliant and ethical trading practices.

Manage end-to-end plant logistics, including inbound receipts, unloading, warehousing, inventory control, barcode and RFID processes, picking, putaway, outbound dispatch, transportation, returns, and logistics planning. The role oversees ERP/WMS accuracy, storage compliance, hazardous materials handling, logistics KPIs, cost efficiency, vendor coordination, and continuous improvement across manufacturing operations.
