Supports escalations, automations, and quarterly maintenance events while ensuring minimal service impact and aligning network initiatives to business needs.

Coordinate and execute end-to-end data center networking projects. Manage milestones, timelines, risks, and cross-functional teams. Track multiple projects and blockers, perform root-cause research, liaise with vendors and stakeholders, provide regular status updates, and recommend process improvements based on post-project metrics.
