The role requires extensive pharmaceutical regulatory affairs experience, leadership, project management, and expertise in submission and document management technologies.

Leads IT operations at AstraZeneca’s Mumbai facility, overseeing end-user support, workplace and collaboration technology, incidents, service levels, vendors, assets, compliance, risk management, and local technology projects. Supports critical meetings, town halls, leadership events, and business continuity. Manages local teams and stakeholders while driving service improvements, operational efficiency, audit readiness, and resilient site technology services.
