Leads IT operations at AstraZeneca’s Mumbai facility, overseeing end-user support, workplace and collaboration technologies, incidents, vendors, projects, compliance, asset management, risk mitigation, and business-critical events. Manages local support teams and ensures reliable, secure, user-focused technology services.
