Serve as HR Business Partner for the West Region, executing HR policies and programs across the employee lifecycle. Lead onboarding, learning needs, performance management, talent mobility, engagement, compliance, disciplinary matters, resource mobilization/demobilization, and regular HR reporting to ensure consistent HR operations and employee support.

Provide desktop support to internal users: install, upgrade, and troubleshoot hardware, OS (Windows/Linux/macOS), applications and peripherals. Perform remote diagnostics, resolve tickets, document solutions, escalate complex issues, and produce technical documentation to improve user satisfaction and system security.

Perform structural analysis and design of reinforced concrete and steel buildings using STAAD, Etabs, Safe and Sap. Produce detailed reinforcement drawings and steel connections, apply Indian/ACI codes, and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure compliance, safety and quality.
