Lead regional marketing strategy and execution for the P&C portfolio across South Asia. Translate commercial objectives into value propositions, sales enablement, demand-generation campaigns, market communications, product lifecycle support, and launch planning while aligning Sales, Technical, Product Management, R&D and Regulatory teams.

Drive sustainable, profitable growth across India by owning commercial performance, developing strategic account plans, converting new business, managing distribution partners, providing market insights, collaborating cross-functionally, and ensuring customer service, compliance and reporting.
