Lead audits and quality assurance, liaise with regional teams, manage capital approval meetings, verify contractual approvals, drive global process standardization, and lead a team to improve governance and commercial efficiencies.

Provide high-quality administrative and operational support to leaders and teams: manage calendars, coordinate meetings and travel, process expenses, maintain trackers and SharePoint documents, support onboarding/offboarding, prepare reports and presentations, and assist finance/procurement as needed.
