Lead independent electrical design for building and rail projects, deliver sustainable efficient designs, manage BIM team, ensure quality on time and budget, coordinate across disciplines and regional offices, mentor junior staff, and drive automation and standardization.

Lead implementation, management and delivery of BIM across a Business Unit. Manage and QA BIM resources and deliverables, coordinate with project teams and clients, define BIM Execution Plans and protocols, select BIM technologies, troubleshoot software issues, promote BIM best practice, and provide technical leadership, training and stakeholder engagement on large multi-discipline projects.

Conduct ecological desk studies and field-targeting, produce ecological reports (EIA scoping, baseline, biodiversity net gain), support licence applications, MAGIC searches, and data collation; coordinate with UK team and contribute to templates, mitigation and monitoring plans.
