Manage day-to-day operations and promotion of the Interview Prep Lounge: drive student participation to a minimum of 50/day, run awareness/outreach sessions, track usage metrics, coordinate with CII and hiring partners, gather feedback, report performance, and ensure seamless lounge uptime during recruitment drives.

The Customer Success Executive will enhance customer relationships, drive revenue retention, analyze client needs, and upsell Apna's solutions to corporate clients.

The role targets user and revenue growth by managing business development with corporate clients, achieving sales objectives, and leading client relationships.
